Anybody interested in shared workshop space / car storage?

I had been looking for some shared workshop space for my own personal project cars for some time without success, so I have now gotten my own large workshop with a view to share with others looking for the same. The workshop is in Newbury, West Berkshire and has plenty of space for several cars and kit etc. (I have a lift, MIG/TIG welders, plasma cutter, chassis tube bender, ICEengineworks kit, hoists, 3d scanner etc.). I would also consider sharing equipment with those willing to contribute further to the playset!
Let me know if you might be interested, happy to be flexible on term etc.
