A family friend who gets sea-sick just walking along the pontoons swears by Stugeron

As a kid, I remember it working well too

Stugeron does work well, BUT, it makes you drowsy.

it MAY make you drowsy, neither I nor our friend have experienced that side effect

Note that Kwells 'may make you drowsy' too

Wife always used kwells for rally navigating. She did the whole Monte Carlo on them so they should serve you well.

make sure you limit your food intake during the day. porridge or similar in the morning, water or tea during the day maybe the odd rich tea buscuit. Don't be tempted by a fry up, it will come and revisit you

There are some mental exercises you can do to mitigate the effects. GOOGLE NASA and motion sickness and it should bring up some papers on the subject. I did my thesis on the subject nigh on 20 years ago and they do work.

Took one Kwells in the morning, as I had enough things to think about. No problems with motion sickness, thanx for all the help.
