Aims dash help

Hi all got a aims dash and I'm trying to get the lap timer to work , it runs on the gps and the speedo works but no lap times is there anything I need to do to get it to work automatically ? Thanks for any replays Darren

hi,

which aim dash is it you have? The gps should record the position but it does need line of sight. which version of race studio are you using?

if you have the file record I can input into mine and tell you if its worked.

Hi Steve I think it's a aim mxl and I have race studio analysis ,race studio2 and gps manager on my lap top but not sure if you have to put in what track you are racing at and if so how you do that (me not being a computer whizz ) thanks Darren

Hi Darren

Plug your dash in and open gps manager. Tracks can be loaded onto your mxl. Once you've done that, job done.

Just make sure the track database on the software is up to date

Hi josh I was looking at the maps and it only has a few English Ones on there !

On the database (LH side) or the device (RH side)?
