Who is in? We have a team entered with three compacts. Bit nervous, never raced in the dark hehe

Yup. Team Skuzzle Motorsport will be there again this year with our Turbo MK2 mx5 and naturally aspirated MK1 MX5.

Not for me but having just raced Anglesey, would be good to definitely get involved if budgets allow smile

Not long to go and team DDC Racing has just about got their act together.

Roof repaired on my car - Check
New windscreen on my car - Check
New engine mounts on my car - Check
New driver side glass on my car - Check
New idle control valve on my car - Check
Other car collected with an engine in it - Chek
Oil fountain on other car sorted - Check
Numbers Ordered - Check
Lights fitted - Check

Yeah so, when you enter a team endurance race, word to the wise, don't roll your car in the gravel at Old Hairpin at Donington! Makes getting prepped a bit of a faff.

Still thems the highs and lows of racing!

How goes everyone elses prep?

Looks like wet quali, damp night session, dry main race on Sunday.

We're all sorted apart from sitting in the car, testing the car, fitting lights, fitting lit numbers, thinking about fuel, sorting team and a few other things. Sure it'll be fine, we'll sort it out 5 mins before scrutineering.

We're better prepped than that. But not much, lol.

Hope you all heard Chris Hoy on Radio 2 earlier talking about RoR.

Our lad Jon-Allan is doing his ARDS test at Silverstone.... today! Fingers crossed.

I'd love to take part one year. I've never done a team race.
I recently found out a Lotus speed champs friend of mine is in the Blink team and it's his first ever race! I imagine the team experience and atmosphere must be brilliant, if a little daunting for a first timer.
Good luck all.

Blew our engine up in free practice this morning. Bought a local mx5, dragged it to the circuit and currently swapping the engines. We WILL make the start tomorrow.

What an awesome weekend! Top marks to everyone involved and how nice to get in the car (relatively) warm and dry to drive back to Yorkshire.
