Editing race vids

I know what you mean, I had that trouble at first as all the titles are templates. You can take one of these and create your own custom title with font, colour, background etc. as you wish. Pleased you've given it a try, I've been using it for a few years now.

How do you get the title to play before the video starts Dave?

Click on 'Text' then drag any of the templates to the beginning of the video bar (rather than just adding it to the text bar), like so.



Double click in the video bar to change the background colour.



Then double click in the title bar to alter font, size, text colour etc.



Lastly, drag the 'video' to shorten it to length as desired e.g. 3 seconds. You can right click and select duplicate if you want multiple titles using the same theme, such as title 1 = BertBerts adventure, title 2 = March 2017 Brands Hatch.

Had a go at that Dave. When I go to produce it looks like it's going to create the full vid, but in fact finishes when it has got through the title. I'm still playing with the un-payed for version, I'm wondering if that's it? Or is there something else to do to join the title to the video before producing do you know?

Solved this one. It was an AVS software issue which I found out about on the forum that was preventing the processing of MOV files.
The software works well (now!).
