MSA change to roll cage specs

I'm not sure if this will help anyone,my car has been through three scrutineerings this year now and cage has been ok.yesturday at scrutineering an escort was told that his did not comply anymore, told him to get it altered before next inspection but he was allowed to compete.Pic's below are of my cage.
