keep spotting them on the back of cars and think "pfft they ain't on the forum"
i saw one with the smiley face but instead of the pistons it had small hands giving the middle finger,

that will put a negative spin on PH'ers with real stickers!

That's because the grinning face itself is a vbulletin board (forum) smilie. It was originally green and has been around online for years.

I'd report them myself through eBay, if I knew the right buttons to click and whether it does any good.
I assume PH Towers have a process in place that gets results.

I'm confused about this, if you're a ph'er why would you buy a fake one. And if you're a non ph'er why would you want a PH sticker on your car? confused

You wouldn't. That's why we report/post 'em up here and Garlick gets them removed - using scary legal stuff presumably.

More warning emails sent.

Trouble is, we hear the PH logo has been added to a CD of 'copyright free' images that form part of a CD available to buy. Most of these guys tell me this and are very apologetic once I get in touch but the annoying this is, with this CD out there it's a never-ending battle.
Its slightly different.

The market would disappear if the genuine product, which costs pennies, were offered at a competitive price, rather than 'loyal PHer-tax price'.

You think £2 is exorbitant?

The quality of these knock-offs is suspect, to say the least.

We just ran a report as saw we were linked to this site. Just posting to confirm we are taking down this listing and will no longer be available through us. While we were never contacted about this, we do respect intellectual property, and was not our intent to infringe on such.

To note, many of our stickers come from automotive influences, and not all designs we come across and enjoy are back-traced to sites such as this, especially outside of the US (north america). Additionally, these were sold for their aesthetic value, and infringement typically falls on misusing such logo to diminish brand recognition, which wasnt intended or evident in our listing.

Cheers
