What is the collective noun for a small number of sheds?
Having just spent three weeks in the satellite towns of the home counties I'd suggest:
A yard of...
An estate of...
A cul-de-sac of...
or
An impound of...
A gamble? A punt?

Like that. We were talking in the office about it also being deliberately vague to avoid online incrimination as well?

So:

Lepton (pronunciation!) noun: A deliberately vaguely defined measure of speed only understood by a PHer. Considered out of the range of understanding of most road users, & specifically of Safety Camera operators. See also: Hooning, Making progress, Notice of intention to prosecute,
How about:

Lepton (pronunciation!) noun: Unit of measurement for velocity, variable, non-linear, metaphysical: The speed of fun. See also: Hooning, Making progress, Attitude test.
Nah. Still like mine better. :-P

Isn't the text defining the noun PHer actually the definition for if it were a verb?!
Yup, there seems to be a distinct lack of understanding what the various parts of speech do.

No rigour, no good. frown
No Riggers, no rigour. Damn, that boy could spell.

A V8 always makes sense, you just have to come up with reasons why it makes sense

How are you guys finding the t-shirts? I bought the "hoon" one as my first purchase from this company to support PH and am a little disappointed by it. The writing is blurry and washed out and the material full of static when putting on and taking off that I've not experienced my normal t-shirts. The thread is a little rough too and label not even in the middle.

Might just be a bad batch, am waiting on a reply from them with their thoughts but would welcome yours as I also like a few of the others.

Hmm. That's not good. Shop folks will PM you and arrange a replacement. I haven't got one of the Definition shirts yet but have a few others from the range on the new shirts, and they are great.

I plan to show you mine on Sunday. biggrin

I have the 'Hoon' design and was a little disappointed at the quality and registration of the printing. I haven't checked the label nor comfort of wearing yet. smile

Oh, that doesn't sound good; but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and see what they reply with.

I'm concerned to hear that some of you are not happy with the print quality. Can each of you affected please email me at vicky@pushmerchandising.com so we can get this sorted out properly for you?

Hi Vicky, I emailed the main contact address on the website an hour ago if you can pick that up instead?

Can you share the pic on here Jeremy? Would be good to see what you both mean.

Unless it's a 'sexy' posed shot with you wearing it. Nobody needs to see that.... hehe

Let's give the SDITH guys an opportunity to respond before I inflict my mail order catalogue poses on the internet. biggrin

Thought I might have heard back from them given that they posted on here asking for info; I guess you've heard nothing either?

Likewise, will give them an opportunity to make things right first, but I don't think taking a photo will show up the error; the writing just makes your eyes slightly blurry and what is suppose to be green writing for some of it has yellow on the edges and is very faded. Disappointing given these aren't exactly cheap t-shirts.

Sorry for the lack of response, I had to leave the office yesterday so didn't get a chance to answer on the forum. Your email hasn't arrived with me yet and should have been automatically forwarded - can you resend it please to the vicky@pushmerchandising.com address? I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Good to hear. "generating a wry smile from those who know" is genuinely everything we want to achieve with a PH shirt, so I'm glad to hear that this hits the spot.

This is encouraging since there have been a few concerns aired about general quality.

I am feeling the temptation in a rather strong way for the Man-maths variant.

Colvette's suggestion/idea on a Leptons version is brilliant as is the proposed definition...

However, in my not so humble opinion in this instance, Cabinet Enforcer has completely nailed it:
