PH Umbrella

I bought an umbrella at the PH SS at Silverstone and only unwrapped it for the first time today, unfortunately the handle hasn't been attached properly during manufacture.

Can you let me know how I can go about getting a replacement?

Sorry to see that you've had an issue with your umbrella. Can you please return it to us at:

We'll then be able to send out a replacement for you. Unless you're going to be at another Sunday Service soon, then we'll be able to swap it for you then.

Thanks Ben, it didn't come in a cardboard tube and I can't really be bothered to go out and buy one for the sake of returning a £20 umbrella.

I can't make the Sunday Service in Wales but will happily bring it along for a swap at the next SS if someone from the team will still honour the exchange?
