Had the same problem with the gaskets but the other way round.
Headers delivered with LS7 engine by JS had round tubes.
My new headers were manufactured with D shaped tube inlets,
so I needed new gaskets.
Here the GM PNs that are stamped in the gaskets:
GM 12594171, d shaped holes, LS7
GM 12617944, round holes, diameter 47,5 mm (1,87"), fits LS1, LS2, LS3, L76, and L92
since 1997 (except stock exhaust manifolds for the 2001 thru 2004
LS1 or LS6 Corvette - these applications use GM gasket part number 12576221).

Maybe of some help.
