surely the maxiwkpants was the most expensive Ultima ever built... afterall they did re-engineer and redesign the entire car.....to look almost identical to a factory model.. clever how they did that.

If your knob is loose, try pushing down really hard and it will get wedged in better and will stop turning.

From the pics I have seen I'm not surprised! The side pod areas are full of two MASSIVE air to water chargecoolers. Bet there is 50kg a side there alone. Then there is the turbo setup, full interior etc. I can see it getting to 1400kg with fuel.

Looks an impressive piece of engineering.

Not likely to be a great drive though. Mine is a bit of a handful on the road, so an extra(!!!) 1170hp and a good dollop of turbo lag would see it almost impossible to enjoy.

If we think our tiny little power outputs create heat issues then the heat haze behind this car will be spectacular...

These guys are clowns, trying to lure in other clowns, who have no brains and other parts of their anatomy are very small. The perspective buyer believes that by extension if he buys a car for this price it reflects like a magnifying glass on the pre-mention inadequate appendages. The best we can do is distance ourselves from this mess because we can't stop it. We had a saying at Los Angeles County Fire where I flew search and rescue work for 27 years " Darwin is coming back and he's pissed" lee

That's a little harsh, I think - whilst the price may be silly, it does at least look very nicely put together.

I agree extremely harsh. Everyone to their own and if it's not worth the money it won't get sold.

Such car could quickly cost 120-150k to build. It is LHD and registered for the road in EU, which is more expensive/complicateded than in UK or US; Good spec and EU registered LHD Ultimas sell for 100k€.
Considering that they want to make some profit, they have put a lot of development in it, it is expensive, but doesn't seem completely unrealistic to me. Some people buy Bugatti and McLaren P1, then why not this one?

This car would be a winner in drag races of street registered cars. Otherwise, I don't see the need of such power.
