I want to remove my indicators

I have the AB stalks kit and I want to remove it (to improve my driving position). Has anyone removed them before once all is complete and together (its a big lot of wires under my dash lol)

Also, I guess I'll have an extended column if anyone wants to do a changeover for a standard length one. (I am in Australia, so we would have to post to each other)
