Thanks. I designed it using google sketchup. It's free to download and quite easy to use. You then export the design as an stl file and can then have it 3d printed. The final product will then be lightly sanded with wet paper and finally painted.
BTW. Do you have a shortened name we can use when we reply? Remembering how to spell your first name would be a challenge for a simple mind like mine even when completely sober let alone after a bottle of wine!
