I use the Speedhut gauges on my hot rod. All of the comments above about colors text ect are correct and I will add two things excellent product support and instead of the typical strap across the back with two legs to hold the gauge in Speedhut incorporates a large flanged nut that screws onto the outside of the instrument case to secure the gauge. Very nice set up to work with. Lee

yeah...correct...but this seams common on nautic instruments...where GPS speedos have been established first.

so i think the speedhut instruments are orignaly based on a nautic design, only the range has been consequtively altered for land use
