Hi Steve, what length and inside diameter did you go for in the end? I have not ordered one as I have been away from my car overseas for a while now & have not measured up. Carsten stated for the Caterham they are 19.5mm / 30mm inside / outside diameter, is it the same for the Ultima handbrake.

I am here on the forum, so if there are any questions just wrote it down here. As we find out, the Ultima uses the same handbrake as the Caterham, which has a length of 104mm from the top (without the knob) to the bend.

Hi Jim - the measurements provided by Carsten were diameter of 19.2 and a length of 104mm. The paint on my handbrake made a difference so a little dremel action was needed on the inside of the handbrake.

I just showed my wife the photo of the handbrake cover and she replied: "...it looks like a perfect vibrator..."

Hey Guys. Just want to say thank you for the great interest in my lever. Badly my CNC manufactur could not deliver the new caps on friday, and so you have to wait a few days more. I am away this week and hope i can pick them up this friday. The carbon tubes are finished, so i just have to stick everything together and bring it to the post office.
