My dealings with Russ have been fine with no issues.
Something has clearly gone wrong this time and no one likes loosing money.
I have to say that the 'naming and shaming' forum rules have been smashed here by you Ken. I understand Russ's difficulty with your delay in reporting the lack of delivery.
Russ. This 'battle' is not good for your side line reputation. I can't believe Ken has a use for two sets of scoops so it is likely they never arrived.
In the last 12 months I have paid many thousands of pounds for cars I have not seen or at most just a few pictures of days before I collect. In every case I have been pleasantly surprised by my purchase. I have also sold with funds transferred to my bank way before collection.
You build a relationship and a degree of trust.
I can't say who is wrong in this case, but this is not the place to get things sorted.

I understand both sides. please tell me , how much is this postage for the scoops. Russ has offered to send another set if postage is paid? i dont earn alot, but rather we all had a wip round for the postage than you two upset

I've already paid him 600.00 USD (398 GBP) for a 300 GBP set of scoops. The excess should more than cover postage.
He hasn't told me the additional postage bill, ever. I have all communications. If you are interested I would greatly appreciate you acting as an intermediary.
The worst part of this is that his scoops look the best and I really want them.
