May I ask what the issues were and how you resolved them.

I'm in the process of building mine and could potentially implement the same solutions.

Hi there solved the over heating issues on the dyno all the gauges on the car for air fuel ratio were reading right below 3000 rpm but when we got it on dyno below 3500 rpm it was running lean hence in traffic was running hot and boiling the water . I before I went on dyno I tried wrapping the manifolds and fans under engine bay and also Evans coolant which I've left in the water system as this apparently stops hot spots in the system . Also connected up the cars heater so in traffic I could xtract heat . Don't need to use the heater all spot on now been frustrating finding the answers at times hope this helps anyone with a issue in future

Hi Sukhjeevan
What Paul forgot to mentioni is that his engine is supercharged therefore could have other heat related issues.

So a standard ls3 build should be fine and such overheating problems shouldn't occur.

I'm running a cammed ls3, factory cooling/ fuelling, no air con, no lagging, it gets up to temp quickly and stays there no matter what the conditions, I haven't noticed any heat soak into the cabin, but I do use it with the windows out most of the time, relax, it'll be fine!
