GM ECU questions
Discussion
Hi All,
After a bit of info on GM ECUs, does anyone know the following:
Are they the same for LS3s and 7s
Is it possible to see a time stamp when the ecu is flashed, and does it log each time it is re-flashed
Where can I get replacement ecu plugs from (those that physically plug into the ecu itself)
Cheers

I ordered the ECU connectors for my E38 ECU from http://www.currentperformance.com.
They also offer the E67 connectors.
Sourced most of the other connectors I need to make a new loom from another supplier as I
don`t wanted pigtails. Cannot remember it´s name, need to look at the invoice.
Maybe http://www.dcelectronics.co.uk sell connectors individually.

Look on EFI Live or HP tuners forum- these are the two main products for flashing ecm. To my memory you dont get a date of flashing or how many times but i am no expert.
If using efilive at least, you would get a date of any change made (when flashed in) in the map and detailing exactly what the new value is. If the changes aren't listed, you can also compare the original and new maps for the changes made . If you kept a copy of the stock map of course.
