Enjoyed the show and meeting up with all the Ultima boys. The day never seems long enough ... when you get talking! Made me miss my old car even more! Maybe I will have another next year? Nice drive part of the way home with Dom and Roj in front they looked great on the road even better when in convoy. Could only just keep up.

Haha, that's cause you only have a Cortina engine under that bonnet. It's easy to tell you know. Once an MR2, always an MR2. Not foolin' nobody

Agree about Pete's interior (hmm...that sounds odd but you know what I mean) The carbon paneling and finishes just looked so right and so classy and raised the bar even higher than the factory interior IMHO.

Really great day putting a face to all those forum handles. Good drive down and back with Dom leading the way, he had the sat nav, thanks Dom. I was blown away by the standard of the cars especially the personalised changes, they gave me some great ideas. The time went nowhere once we got talking. For those who weren't able to get there put it in your diaries for next year. Hopefully Mark we will see you back in an Ultima by next year. For those guys I met who are building don't be afraid to post some photos, I'm sure all would like to see them.
On the factory front thanks Richard for your time and talking us round the new car, really more impressive in the flesh.
I'm looking forward to seeing even more cars at the factory day.

Had a great run there and back with Roger in his Green Ultima... shame we all have to be so careful about speed limits as there are so many lovely roads to explore the limits.

grabbed so lovely plastic coated ally wire mesh grills from one of the stalls to go with my new side scoops. so next week Ill be Tiger sealing them in..:0)

Thats a demonstrator so I guess so. Just wondering what it would be like to be sat next to Ted with another 500 HP. Just over 500HP was enough last time.
