Silverstone Classic, yes I definitely would come to that.
Due to the distance, I would have to stay over the night before somewhere. So why not include a hotel as a stop over on the Saturday night where those that want to can have a meal, a few beers and generally socialise, and this hotel could then be the meeting point for everyone (including those that don't stay over) to drive in convoy to Silverstone... That would be an awesome sight if there were 10, 15 or possibly even more Ultimas (and what a noise! )

Jim, I assume it would be for next year. I like the Silverstone idea as for somone flying in from abroad, Silverstone is nice and close to Luton airport.
Just been to look at the Silverstone Classic site. Wow it's a MEGA BIG event.

Am already there with Sporting Bears and Alpina. I'll sit in the Ultima area on my own with an ice cream if no one else is there

I will be there on the Sunday but would like to stay over on Saturday night with secure parking near Hinckley if possible. I'm sure that those coming from Scotland etc would be looking for stop over. If there is enough interest I'm sure the factory could make some suggestions about the hotel and secure parking.

Going on previous experience of taking cars to silverstone classic it would be good iff the factory could bring a banner and if Damien could come been as he's the factory's official photographer

Excellent job Richard/Ted, I'll book my tickets later today, as mentioned by Roj, can the factory recommend any Hinckley hotels which would be a great place to stay on the Saturday and be the starting point for a drive out on Sunday
