Hi Guys

The crate finally arrived today, and I started unpacking the boxes and trying to move the chassis to the dolly after removing all body parts... and I'm already stuck!

I have removed the front and rear clips, and now am trying to remove the doors and center sections, and will finally remove the side pods..

I cannot get the doors to come off - I know I need to remove the 4X13mm bolts from inside the door skin, but I just cannot find a way to get my hand down there - any tips?

Also, how do I get the center section off once doors are out? I have removed the rivets the factory put, and am trying to remove the bolts from the access panels - but again am unable to do so. I called the factory are they said to remove the ball joint of the door piston from the aluminum bracket, and then to remove the aluminum bracket to get access to the bolt holding the center section to the side pod - but I cannot get the ball joint off the bracket... again any tips?

Thanks

To get the strut off the balljoint, there's a small wire clip on the end of the strut knuckle that you will need to lift out. Once done, the knuckle will come off without trouble smile

Thanks! Was able to get it off in a second with that tip! Now how do I get the clip back on? It is impossible to reinstall...

Not trying hard enough.
You wait until a difficult job comes along.

Lol... I didn't want to be forcing anything together this quickly.. but I've realized I can be a little more 'firm' doing things and it won't break anything...
