Yeah, I think you need to upload each photo one after another.

Impressive welding. I wondered if you were doing some sort of test on your welded up pieces?

I have done a bit of ally tig and got quite good at it but I aways wondered what the best way was to test something I welded up. I figured that, given what I had at my disposal, that pressuring it up seeing if it held pressure/looking for leaks was the best approach.

the exhaust I blocked the ends and pressure tested under water and had a few pin holes to re weld, the swirl pots and catch cans I filled with water and checked for leaks. All simple methods really nothing hi tech, I have noticed that the leaks from poor welds/technique have disappeared as I'm getting better

Almost completed water injection tank, sort out fill, outlet and level indicator locations and can weld it shut. Made it to fit beside the gearbox and extend out the back of the chassis where it will bolt some box section that will also support the panelled floor. and dry sump tank on the opposite side of the gearbox, Clutch has just arrived at the factory so will pick that up this week and the engine will be off to the balancers, getting closer to engine start,
Loved the white body shell on the stand with the black gloss wheels it may have just changed my mind on the colour

What size / volume is the WI tank? Looks massive!

engine not running yet, will be built up after it comes from the balancers . Borlas are the multi strand from memory and have the required flow for the turbos (cant remember exact figures, this getting old lark sucks)

I fitted water injecton into my Tr8 and the factory header tank has a pretty neat low level sensor in it. When the water runs low a dashboard warning light comes on. I fitted the sensor into my WI tank.

Nice job by the way.
