Variable engine modes?

Hey guys
Does anyone know of a product available to make it possible to switch engine 'modes' or 'map' to allow different power delivery? What I mean it say a 'wet' mode that limits power to say 400bhp and then a 'Race' mode that permits full power. Just thought it'd be useful for different scenarios where limiting power may provide a more enjoyable drive.
Please don't give sarcastic answers like 'your right foot'.

Some aftermarket ECU's will allow hot swap of maps but I suspect that's not what you want to hear.

Our Motec M800 can do this - can have upto 4 maps which are switchable on the fly
