Ultima pre-purchase inspection

I know it should seem obvious that most prospective Ultima purchasers would do their homework and thoroughly inspect a car. However I didn't do that with my first one. I'd never seen anything like it, heard anything like it, just wanted to get behind that steering wheel with my large rose tinted spectacles

Second time round, I decided to have an in-depth independent inspection prior to buying (or even looking) and I used Steve from Southways Automotive.
This was money really well spent - clear, succinct report objectively stating both negatives and positives which didn't cause offence to the vendor but gave me a clear idea on a car on which I would, probably, have missed most of the negatives.
I'd recommend any newbie purchaser should consider this route as it'll give you piece of mind,some good bargaining points on the price or persuade you to walk away.
