Got a bit of a misfire so decided a fresh set of plugs was in order.

Checking around locally they wanted about £15 a plug for my LS7, but nobody had stock.

Tried Parts World Performance (who had stock) and they were just over half the price. Also picked up a complete set of leads.

Thought it was worth posting the info for others.

Hello Paul, Believe I may have the same problem, probably due to not running the car hot enough through the winter maybe and probably due for a new set by now in any case. Is it the AC Delco plugs on the Parts Performance website you are looking at?

Hi Jim
Yes, they are the AC Delco one's. My engine had them as standard when new. They have a tiny electrode made of a very expensive 'unobtanium' type metal.

Before you order a new set it may be worth checking your plug leads (probably teaching grandmother to suck eggs here). I have had mine vibrate loose in the past, both from the coil pack end and from the plug end. Worth a look.

Many thanks Paul, hopefully have some time next weekend to examine it closer.
