Fuel leak

For those with SPA dashboards, my fuel pressure sensor keeps leaking, well weeping just a very small weep, but enough for it to smell. I've tried PTFE tape, sealing compound. I now see the problem, the fitting is 1/8 NPT and the sensor has a straight thread (looks like M10 ). How have you sealed this sensor, or have you been lucky?
