I've always liked the chassis mounted rear wing.

As normal but not until you have removed the whole of the rear wing and its mounts.
Normally held in place with 'Pip' pins which are easy to remove but as they are a clearance fit they do allow the wing to rattle about a bit.

I like the look of the unspoiled top but the added rattling of a quick-release enabled wing mount would drive me crazy. RAT_GTR had a pretty good solution with his mounts going in through the rear opening and sandwiching the clam with another plate near the pivot mounts. I wish I had taken better pictures when I saw it because it's something I'd like to do for my build. An added benefit of this setup is that the wing mounts protect the rear clam if opened too far.
