I'm almost there, suspension set up, to do and bits and bobs over the winter.

what have you guys done about a surround at the point the rear brace goes through the body, I'm thinking of having an anodised aluminium part machined.

go to summit racing look under grommets. The product name is seals it, grommet seals. This is a advantageous place to seal the interior from the engine compartment. I didn't pick up on this one until the car was on the road for a bit makes a big difference. I like this product because it allows the movement between the roll bar and the body which occurs. Lee

Thanks Lee I've been searching for something suitable for a while.

I was thinking of sandwiching a rubber gasket between the ally so i would have a seal. I've seen something similar recently, on a Red car I think, but the alloy plate was a bit chunky for my tastes.

I'll look at the grommet, I'll also cost out my idea, anodised Black would be nice.
