Some questions

I am assembling a list of pieces to purchase from the factory for a GTR and have some questions that can perhaps be answered by this collective.

Custom paint colours - is the gelcoat still utilized over custom colours, or are they applied like conventional two step paint over top of the GRP?

I have a set of almost new BMW M3 black leather (Vaders) seats in my garage, will these fit in the cockpit? Can someone kindly provide dimensions of the width and seating height of the factory seats. In the event that I may have to order a lower floor plan in order to accomodate these seats.

I also have access to "Vintageair" aircon kits and was wondering if it would do the trick in the GTR? It is way cheaper than the factory item on this isde of the pond.

You'll have to check with the factory on the colors available in gelcoat. The Vintage Air kits are rather large compared to the factory AC. Not much room under the dash, I don't think they'd fit.
Though the Ultima ac kit is mfg in the USA.
20.8 " at the shoulder and about 19.5" at the bottom is about the width of seat that'll fit. Sparco Sprint's in my case.
