Apologies for me and David Hart leaving the convoy at Riverhead, but our leader Bluesatin did not take the route to Brands I thought he was going to take! Consequently we (David was following me closely) were in the wrong lane at Riverhead with no hope of rejoining the queue. Therefore we proceeded to Brands by my usual route and were first to arrive. Still, at least we had the display area clear of poles, ropes and cones by the time the rest of you got there.
