The end of an excellent weekend.... but the begining of a long journey home!

Yeah thanks Andy it was fun. I heard a rumor that we could have another 5 weeks of this weather so I will defo be along the next time in mine and not as a passenger! Playing back the data-logger from the GPS tracker in the Rover it would seem that the girls had the rover upto 110 Ha ha, god-damned rep mobile always takes the pounding...but there again they were only trying to keep up! Incedently I wonder if anyone elses car produces 3ft flames when you back of the throttle from about 4k at night? Surely was one of the funniest moments of the trip.

Also good to put names to faces, ie Guy and Paul. Hi gents.

We arrived 'fashionably late' at 3 ish but much fun was had by all. I had sun stroke from the POD on Saturday with Clive, and got it yet again on Sunday driving around the coast in the Canam, but we sure did have a giggle.

Roll on the summer. When is yours ready Steve??

Around the end of the year I expect but am not setting myself any targets just enjoying a very rewarding build.
Have now received the engine bits from the States so work is under way on the engine.
