Cooling System Capacity

Could anyone tell me the *approx* capacity of the Ultima cooling system (in litres..)

Not sure 100% exactly (I spilt some on the floor ) but I think that it is somewhere between 18 and 18.5 litres or so. That's with all the std plumbing with an AS 383. Close enough?

Are you going to give that water/water wetter/glycol replacement stuff a shot?

Came across prices for it last night and figured its not actually much more than all the gunk I seem to have to put in the engine to get it to behave with plain water....

I was thinking on giving it a go. Was originally planning on trying it in the Griff but as engine is out of ultima atmo thought it would be easier to empty the water jacket. I startted this topic(www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=54752) in the engines forum..
