Welcome BornAgainGT........now about this GTR Race Car?
Discussion
Hi, as I am sure you noticed the car was listed under the previously owned category it is not current - sadly.
Although I am looking at options....
I do have a few images from those good old days that show off the engineering - although as I remember they are pretty grainy -I will dig some up.
We sold the car to a Canadian team in the end, where the car was again extensively re-worked - I also have some good images from the re-engineering as I followed it with interest, you may find them interesting.
I will add some for you when I get a chance.

Funny you should say it looks like the rear of Stealth. It was developed around the same time by a good friend of mine who was heavily involved in stealth. The chassis was quite extensively modified.
Basically the whole rear end was cut off from the rear bulkhead and the re-designed. The geometry was modified, additional triangulation provided, revised suspension pick up points, anti roll bar added and full rose joints of course. The engine and Hewland tranny where lowered and solidly mounted using eagle plates, machined by Stealth for us.
The front end got similar treatment in that additional triangulation was added, revised suspension pick up points, anti roll bar added and full rose joints.
All the hubs were re-worked with larger bearing sets and centre locks machined up to take the revised disk and calliper set required, the dampers were all re-placed for fully adjustable pieces. One off drive shafts were fabricated to handle the additional loads and air jacks added. A removable splitter was added as was a completely flat floor and basic venturi set up at the rear.
Hopefully it gives you some ideas.
I will add some images from the complete re-engineer the car received in Canada as the pictures are a lot clearer.
