I've got my Grandstand tickets which says entrance is at gates 1-5 but looking at the seat viewer on the Sepang website it doesn't show any gate numbers. Does anyone know where these gates are?

You Munkee

Take a look at the map provided by the Suvern one, it would appear that if you need to get into the grandstands then you would possible enter at or near to The Mall Area, so any gates near to that

http://www.malaysiangp.com.my/files/u1/images/circ...

If thats not it then you can go looking for nice IWC's in KL.....

At the 'mall enterance' there are about 9 padestrian gates, (numbered 1 to 9 or so), so gates 1 to 5 are at the Mall enterence, which is between the back and start streight, You park, walk into the Mall Area through the vehicle gates, where there will be stands and stalls etc selling t Shirts, then walk through the 'office complex and museum area', and then there the 9 or so gates in front of you where you hand in your ticket.

Maybe you should pop up here for a little socialising one weekend and bring yourself back down to earth.....with a bump bounce

Is anyone about in Kl next weekend? my plans are take the bike (and daughter) to the hard rock friday night, then we are planing a bike ride to the track on Sunday, starting at the Prince Hotel for Breakfst 9 to 10 Sunday, and then ride out to the track, a few cars coming as well,

OK it is now the Friday, 22nd, any one going to the race, we have 22 people in the group above and 10 bikes. Would have been 11 but my spare bike just died lunchtime, one out of towner now in the car.
