All of mine are now dealt with by Theo: "Theo Insurance" <info@omegainsurance.co.uk>,

I have never managed to beat any of the premiums he has given me. Might be worth a try?

Please let him know that Mark Richardson sent you (not that I get commission or anything).

That doesn't really tell us much. What is the construction and DV? Postcode? Also, cheap is not always best, particularly when it comes to properties rented out i.e if they burnt down you need to look at the cover offered in terms of Alt accommodation or Loss of Rent.

Postcode is BS234DE, traditional constuction, brick cavity walls, tiled roof. hth
