I've thought about these before...
From what I recall, most cantilever arm designs were for PC monitors, generally up to 20" or 10kg gross, a lot less than your current TV.
Then you have to securely fix it to...your lovely new cabinet. Which will leave a mark if you ever remove it. Fixing to the wall - whilst inherently risky - gives you a greater choice of swing arm designs, but also will not roger your new furniture.
If your wall is solid (masonary) then just get some quality anchors, using resin if necessary. If it is dry lined (hollow plasterboard) then you're fooked.
