The order process
You fill out the order form, excel will auto complete the cost, and email it back to me.
I'll send you an invoice back with a unique id number and payment details.
You pay me with the unique id as reference.
Once payment is received I'll confirm with you and order the goods to ship direct to you.

One thing I ask, please be patient, I am mad busy at the moment and Sonos margins are not great especially after the PH discount, but am doing this as a bt of a favour and it seems to be wanted, so I'll get to your order as soon as I can.
