Hi Adam,

I am genuinely not trying to body swerve this happy to get involved.

But have you spoken to Sonos support? Their support is one of the best I have ever come across and set up for retail support. If you do have a faulty one, they are super at sending out replacements for you.

Free call from the uk as well.

Let me know how you get on.

no problem at all, will give them a call

Just spent 30mins or so on the phone to them identifying the issues I have at a rescue project! Massive wireless and wired data loops happening in this system. I managed to ID most of them then I needed Sonos to manually reconfig a couple of the devices so as they had picked up some corrupt data in their set up.

Excellent service from them again and lots of little tricks learned.

If you can have a computer connected to the same network / router as the sonos and the controller software installed as well they are able to take control of you PC and have a rattle around to identify the issues.

Hi Vex, been meaning to join and send mail (only just realised you have to be a member for 24 hours). I'm after 2 x Play 1's and a Playbar. Any ideas for costs or discounts? I would email/pm if i could. Gary

Still haven't got round to buying a bridge yet I could do with one to move the speaker.

Anyone got one new or used and in order which they want to part with? If so, let me know how much

I've a couple spare so make me an offer via PM. Just depends where you are whether postage makes it viable for you or not.

Chicken Chaser - just seen your mail in my spam account.

Bridge is yours for a tenner plus postage - or available to collect from Northants (J16 M1) or London's West End (Oxford Circus).

Yes that's fine as long as one device is hard wired to the network it will work.

That can be a bridge or any of the other components

The bridge serves as a point of connection between your network/internet connection and the Sonos devices.
If you have a Play:3, 2 Play:1s and a bridge, connect the bridge to the net and the rest will run wirelessly.
