Or the same as Vex has been doing for years!
Or use Amazon.es and get it for £123 each.

Just looking at the Play:1's on the spanish Amazon, I'm guessing they come with European 2 Pin plugs?? Can anyone confirm?

EDIT: Cancel that, just found the cable with UK 3 pin plug from the SONOS website for £5!

I think its more to do with the fact the Euro vs GBP is good in our favour.

you would need to read up on warranty but I can't see how it can catch you out.

As for import costs, the official links don't seem to suggest import duties or VAT, etc will apply from within the EU.

https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/overview

Have a look here for best UK/EU deals:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/search?action=search&amp...

One such ES deal:

Play 5 for €366 (£261) when its £349 in the UK
http://www.amazon.es/Sonos-PLAY-Sistema-inalá...

Playbar for €626 (£447) when its £599 in the UK
http://www.amazon.es/Sonos-PLAYBAR-altavoces-inal&...

Just check because every now and again they stop delivering to the UK for a bit.

They're published amazon prices. Not a guess.
And there's no duty payable as its all within the EU (which the UK is currently part of).

If you have Amazon prime, is it still free delivery?

No. Just tried it. Amazon.es recognizes my UK login (where I have Prime) but still tells me it'll be 8.87€ to send a Play:5 to my UK address. Might be different if I had an address in Spain, but I dont.

Still not a bad price, all in. Add £5 for a UK mains cable - or just change the plug yourself, like in the old days of the 1980s.

Just paid 479 for a playbar too, that was cheapest I could find on the bay.

Anyone got a preference for play 3s or 1s with a playbar? Not sure if the 3s i have will end up being too bassy.

Much easier to turn it down than to turn it up!
