Samsung F6400 TV - bluetooth

I have the Samsung 46" F6400 with a bluetooth facility.
I have now discovered the Bluetooth only tethers to other Samsung products which is non too helpful
\Is there anything I can do to get it to tether to a 3rd partys speakers?

Can't do bluetooth speakers or headphones with my F8000 - only Samsung stuff.

I had something like that in the car a few years back. It did work, but a bit of a pain pairing it every time. Mind you, at that price it's probably worth a try
