TV died so I bought a new one today (32" Samsung UE32H5000). The picture and text quality from the trusty Freeview PVR box (Humax PVR9200T) is awful, like the worst YouTube clip you've ever seen. The inbuilt tuner (On SD Freeview) is just about OK.

I need a new box to do Freeview HD, HDD PVR recording and also some online stuff like iPlayer and possibly some film streaming service (rare occasion)

It needs to be all controlled by one remote, easy as can be.

Also need to keep the cost down as much as possible. Ideally £150.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I have the same tv and the same box and the picture quality is fine. Sure you have the settings correct?

Its just a SCART connection between the two. Objects in the picture are jagged at the edges and the Humax on screen graphics are pretty 'blocky'. I had it connected to a Toshiba Regza TV before, which seemed fine.
