I have these. They sound great and have been robust in the time I've had them (I think 18-24 months now). They get stuffed in bags, pockets, etc. and pulled out again, with zero delicacy...I use them with Comply T-400 foam tips (about £10 for 3 pairs - they do wear out after a while) as these give better insulation/bass and are more comfortable.

I've got the E10s - got them a few months ago after my CX300IIs fell apart for the umpteenth time. They are very good - nice deep sound (as good if not better than the CX300IIs) and the cable is braided so they never tangle in your pocket. Only down side is the mesh used to cover the buds is flimsy and whilst I was giving the headphones a quick clean the other day both meshes fell out and disappeared. Hasn't affected the performance at all, but I guess it means the innards of the buds are now exposed to the innards of my ears
I have both SoundMagic E10s and Sennheiser CX300s.
The CX300s live in my bag, and are what I use if I forget to pick up the E10s in the morning. I find the sound of the CX300s too warm for my liking, and the low end is quite muddy. The E10s are brighter, so think it gives a cleaner (hence better IMO) sound.
Whatever you go with, it's worth binning the silicone ear tips and getting some foam tips. I use the Comply tips and am very impressed with them.

If these are the originals:

Then you might consider getting a pair as a back up set

Another vote here for the E10s. Comes with plenty of tips and it's worth taking time to find the best for you in terms of comfort and insulation. Someone's already mentioned the braided cable, mine just don't tangle at all, ever. The storage case is fab too.
For the money, I'd say unbeatable. They're just so clear, right from the bottom end through to the top. A little bright perhaps, but absolutely not harsh at all.
A resounding yes!
