Had my SkyQ for a Month now, had no issues at all, up until this morning, there's no live TV channels on the Mini Box Upstairs when you're in the TV Guide all it does is say it's searching for channels, it's connected to the Q-Silver box and it shows recordings but no live TV,

Any Ideas before I give Sky a call....

Common bug for some reason. You still get live TV, just no planner to see what's actually on. It eventually syncs back up I've found.

I only get live TV on the Silver box, The Minibox will only play recordings, i've left it on the TV guide all day and it's the same..

Strange, try turning everything off and turning on router, then silver then minis.

Been on to Sky this morning, and there's a bug that's causing this issue that centres around the standby "eco" mode
told to switch the "eco" mode to "none" and then to reboot the Silver box, all appears well now, the chap at Sky say's
they're working to resolve the problem and that they expect it to be solved in July via a firmware update.

ECO mode is not the cause, all my boxes have ECO mode turned off.

Eco mode was causing issues with the boxes syncing. Interesting they say a firmware is coming soon.

This is what Sky told me to do when my mini wouldn't show TV channels. Fixed the problem.

Not had a proper play around with it yet, but one thing I've found annoying is when you download and watch a programme once you have finished and come out you can't delete it straight away as it says you are still watching it?

Maybe just me!

Most recent recorded at the top of program list!!! Blacklist takes about a minute to get to the latest recording.

Because it's still running on the mini TV on the left hand side? So effectively you're still 'watching' it?

Not Q specific but anyone else having problems with Discovery channel? 520 just says channel unavailable but can get +1 on 521

You'll need to reboot to see Discovery - it changed transponder and Q has problems dealing with that.
A fix is included in the big update currently being tested by Sky - so hopefully won't be too far away..

I really wish I could raise the standard audio level, when ever I switch back over to Sonos Music the volume is very loud in comparison.

There will be On Demand UHD films available for download but live content such as the football and the F1 from 2017 will be broadcast via satellite.
