Siemens se64630gb/17 not cleaning

Hi

Wondered if anyone had any tips?

Water is flowing and draining. Water is coming through both spin arms.

However, they do not spin.

Took both out and cleaned them - alas no success.

Are there filters I need to get to?

I think this happened due to the main filter not being secured correctly!
