Roof lantern glass - Activ Blue or Clear?
Discussion
I have a lantern almost same size, almost same size bi-folds and roughly same aspect too.
We have clear glass, didnt even think of anything else, other than the supplier pushing self cleaning, which we dismissed. In the height of summer, it gets pretty hot in direct sunlight. Yes we can open windows/bi-folds to help with the heat, but its still pretty fierce, especially when sitting down to lunch in the direct light. To the point we are considering whether we can fashion something that we could hook up there, to provide some shade, maybe a sail kind of thing.
However, in absolute contrast, this time of year, even with a grey sky, still loads of light coming in. Its fab.
Can't decide for you, but there is my experience.

We finished ours last year - a 7m x 2m lantern - went blue (mainly concerned over the heat gain - we put openers in as well!) - went for activ blue, and not at all disappointed - really lifts the room on a gloomy day (hey, we have a few of those here!), & not noticed on a bright one - even at night we can star gaze if we want!
I would go blue all day!
