Streaming issue on Smart TV

A few months ago I treated us to a nice Panasonic 50" Smart LED TV with 4x HD and all that gubbins. Really nice thing, and I'm very happy with it however when I try and stream on iplayer it often struggles. The white circle of annoyance appears which is very frustrating. I have other TV's in the house with Chromecasts in them and they stream fine and my Smart TV streams other programs fine it's just some issue with iPlayer. Any ideas?
