Loud speakers needed for function room

Can anyone recommend a setup that provides half decent base for a function room? The room is approx 11 x 6m, it's a swimming pool room that's been converted into a function room if that makes any difference.

Budget up to £500 inc amp.

Any recommendations please. Thanks.

How about some second hand EV SX300's plus a second hand QSC amp.
