Recommendation for Wi-Fi speakers

I currently have a Sonos set up and have been a big fan since my first purchase many years ago.

I was always amazed at how well they had the market sewn up for what is in effect a Wi-fi receiver but still valued it as a great product. After the latest price hikes I'm thinking of selling up and moving elsewhere. I don't have much now, just 1 '5' and 2 '3s' but they still seem to be fetching decent money 2nd hand.

Is there anything out that I can replace it with for a fraction of the cost?

Features I need
Control with Android phone/multiple phones
Connect to my Spotify Premium account
Offer internet radio

I'd prob be looking at 2 or poss 3 units plus I'd stand the cost of an amp and speakers for my record player which is currently outputting direct to a 5.

Any advice?

Yamaha Musiccast, Denon Heos, or the really cheap option Google Chromecast Audio + add your own speakers.
