Recently developed an odd problem with my Samsung TV, it is having real problems connecting to Netflix and Amazon Prime, it either freezes or we get a black screen. On Amazon We also get a message saying there is insufficient bandwidth, but we are on a fibre connection, when I did a speed test we were getting between 10 and 15 meg download. I have disconnected every other device off the wifi and is still wont connect. Sometimes I can get it to work by turning the TV off at the mains and then reinstalling everything. I have checked and I am on the latest version of the TV software.
The tv is only 3 months old and until the last couple of weeks we have had no issues at all. It is a 49inch curved 4k tv, I think it is the 6500 series

Odd. I had this very same thing happen to me yesterday evening, with my Samsung TV.

Netflix and Amazon suddenly didn't want to play, despite BBC and other players working fine.

I managed to solve this doing a factory reset on the TV, and it all seems to be working fine, for the moment.
