Pick up a Samsung UE65KS9000 in the morning at £2k and just checking that it is going to be £500 better than the 7500 model.....or £800 better than the 6500 model!

Used for 4k Netflix and Amazon prime 99% of the time (don't even have a TV licence so no Sky/virgin stuff going on)

hdtvtest.co.uk might have the information you need, but really the only way is to stand in front of it and look for yourself. The differences between Samsung (actually most LCD, but different companies use different terminology) TV's are:

SUHD/QLED. This means the set has a quantum dot LCD panel, this (very basically) allows the set to reproduce HDR material well, with the wider colour space and brighter images.

FALD. This means the LED lights for the screen are placed behind the screen, rather than around the edges. This gives better performance in darker scenes, better screen uniformity and brighter images for HDR too.

An FALD, quantum-dot screen is state-of-the-art for an LCD TV at the moment.

Other than that the processing (smoother motion etc) gets better the higher up you go, as well as the number of HDMI ports and the design. Be aware that the 2017 (QLED instead of SUHD for Samsung) TV's are out now or coming very, very soon.

People on AVforums didn't seem to be very impressed with the specs of the 2017 QLED sets given their pricing point.

I thought the same, not possible to know without seeing them of course but I dare say my money would go on an OLED. I paid more for my OLED then an LCD would have cost, at price parity there's no contest. IMHO.
